Put it in your browser

The add-on installs from a folder on your computer, so there is nothing to buy and no store listing to wait for. After any update, come back here, download again and reload the add-on at chrome://extensions.

1. 1Download the zip below and unzip it.
2. 2Open chrome://extensions in Chrome, Edge, Brave or Arc.
3. 3Turn on Developer mode, top right.
4. 4Click Load unpacked and pick the unzipped folder.
5. 5In Gmail, open the three-dot filter on the right and tick the labels you want.
6. 6Click Snippets in the bar and sign in to save your own copy-paste texts.
7. 7Give each snippet a shortcut like ;intro — type it in any box and it is replaced immediately with the full text.
8. 8Or click into a reply, open the Snippets panel and press Insert on the one you want.
9. 9Once this site is live, open the add-on settings and paste its address into Snippets web address.
